Contour Correction
What is Facial Contour Correction
Facial contour correction is a modern method of injectable cosmetology that we perform at our clinic in Tallinn. It allows us to correct specific areas and improve the balance of facial features without surgery. The procedure is performed using hyaluronic acid-based fillers and is a safe alternative to plastic surgery.
- elimination of age-related changes;
- correction of asymmetry;
- increasing volume in desired areas;
- smoothing wrinkles and folds;
- softening scars;
- highlighting natural facial lines.

How the procedure is performed
Facial contour correction is performed on an outpatient basis at our clinic in Tallinn and takes between 30 and 60 minutes. The procedure is comfortable, performed under sterile conditions, and supervised by an experienced cosmetic physician. Every stage is carefully planned to ensure safety and ideal results.
- Stage 1 — consultation and diagnosis: We start with a detailed skin examination and discussion of your wishes. We select the optimal product and determine the areas for correction. If necessary, we take 'before' photos to compare the result.
- Stage 2 — skin preparation: The skin is cleansed and disinfected, and an anesthetic cream containing lidocaine is applied for maximum comfort. At this stage, it is important to rule out any irritation or inflammation.
- Stage 3 — filler injection: The doctor carefully injects the product using a fine needle or cannula. The technique and depth of injection are chosen individually to achieve a natural result without overloading the face.
- Stage 4 — completion and care: After the injections, a soothing cream is applied to the skin. The patient receives personalized recommendations for home care and result monitoring. Mild swelling usually subsides within 24 hours.
The procedure does not require hospitalization — immediately afterward, you can return to your usual activities. Most of my patients note that contour correction is much more comfortable than expected, and the effect is visible after the very first procedure.
